Dwyka Tented Lodge is nestled in a secluded horseshoe bend of a dry Karoo ravine and offers nine spacious tents with private decks and heated plunge pools. Just 3.5 hours from Cape Town this retreat combines comfort with a romantic wilderness setting. Guests can explore the quartz fields of the succulent Karoo and spot the Big Five on daily interactive open-vehicle game drives.

Itinerary
Day 1 Cape Town to Dwyka Tented Camp
Be ready for your transfer between 08:30 and 09:00 from your Cape Town location. You will arrive at the welcome lounge by 12:30 for the transfer to the lodge. After lunch and relaxation you will experience your first interactive sundowner game drive to spot diverse wildlife before returning for dinner.
Day 2 to 4 Karoo Safari and Exploration
Start your days early with sunrise nature drives through the quartz fields of the succulent Karoo. Enjoy a hot beverage during the drive before returning for a late breakfast. Relax before and after lunch or participate in optional activities. Be ready for another sunset game drive in the late afternoon followed by dinner.
Day 5 Morning Safari and Departure
Enjoy a final early morning sunrise drive and breakfast. You will be transferred back to the Welcome Lounge by 12:30 to meet your transport for the return journey to Cape Town.
