This 2-day comfort safari offers a quick but immersive escape to the Garden Route. Guests travel along Route 62 to visit Botlierskop Private Game Reserve for a 4x4 safari and guided bush walk. The journey continues to Oudtshoorn for an overnight stay in a historic guesthouse. Day 2 features a sunrise game drive at Buffelsdrift Game Reserve to spot elephants and rhinos followed by an optional elephant interaction before returning to Cape Town.

Itinerary

Day 1 Cape Town to Botlierskop and Oudtshoorn

Depart Cape Town and travel via Route 62 to the Garden Route. Enjoy a 2-hour 4x4 game drive and guided bush walk at Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. Continue to Oudtshoorn for check-in. Dinner is at your own expense at a local restaurant.

Day 2 Oudtshoorn to Buffelsdrift and Cape Town

Start with a 2-hour sunrise game drive at Buffelsdrift Private Game Reserve followed by breakfast. Optional elephant bush walk available. Return to Cape Town via Route 62 arriving between 17:00 and 18:00.
