Your journey begins with a 4x4 safari at Botlierskop Private Game Reserve to spot lions and rhinos before heading into the dense elephant territory of Addo Elephant National Park. You will explore the ancient limestone formations of the Cango Caves and walk the suspension bridges of Tsitsikamma National Park. After conquering the Garden Route the adventure continues in Cape Town with a full-day Cape Point tour featuring Chapman’s Peak Drive and the Boulders Beach penguin colony. The tour concludes with a deep dive into the Cape Winelands where you will visit multiple estates for chocolate and cheese pairings and over 20 wine tastings. Itinerary

Day 1 Cape Town to the Garden Route Region

Depart early morning for the scenic Botlierskop Game Reserve for a 4x4 safari tracking four of the Big Five and white rhinos. Overnight in Knysna.

Day 2 Garden Route Exploration and Tsitsikamma

Visit the Knysna Heads before exploring the suspension bridges of Tsitsikamma National Park. Optional thrills include the Bloukrans bungee jump. Overnight in Jeffreys Bay.

Day 3 Jeffreys Bay to Addo Elephant National Park

Spend the morning at the world-famous surf spot before heading inland for a 3-hour game drive in the malaria-free Addo Elephant National Park. Overnight in Addo.

Day 4 Little Karoo and the Cango Caves

Travel into the semi-desert Klein Karoo to explore the 20-million-year-old Cango Caves and savor traditional South African treats. Overnight in Oudtshoorn.

Day 5 Route 62 and Return to Cape Town

Drive the world’s longest wine route along mountain passes and vineyards. Enjoy a wine tasting session before arriving back in Cape Town by evening.

Drive the spectacular Chapman’s Peak road to the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point. Visit Simon’s Town and the Muizenberg coastal drive. Overnight in Cape Town.
