Overview
This 1-day guided tour provides an in-depth look at the rise and fall of apartheid through the lens of South Africaโs most famous township and its pre-eminent museum. The morning begins in Soweto, visiting the FNB Stadium and driving through historic neighborhoods like Diepkloof and Orlando West. Guests participate in a guided walk through the Motsoaledi informal settlement to experience the local way of life before visiting the Hector Pieterson Memorial and the iconic Vilakazi Street.
