Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival and Concession Safari
Morning pickup from your address in Johannesburg or Pretoria followed by a transfer to the Greater Pilanesberg. Upon arrival enjoy an orientation game drive before checking into the lodge. After a light lunch relax on your patio or by the plunge pool. Join the lodge ranger for a sunset game drive in the private concession followed by a starlit dinner at the lodge. Included Lunch and Dinner.
Day 2 Full Day Safari Immersion
Wake up for a 3-hour sunrise game drive to witness predators in action. Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast and spend the midday at leisure watching wildlife at the waterhole. After lunch embark on an afternoon game drive in the Pilanesberg National Park seeking out the Big Five. Dinner is served on the deck or at the traditional boma. Included Breakfast and Lunch and Dinner.
Day 3 Dawn Drive and Departure
Start with a final 3-hour morning game drive to capture any remaining sightings on your list. Return to the lodge for a flavorful breakfast and check-out. At midday you will enjoy a final orientation game drive in a closed vehicle as you head toward the park exit. Arrival back at your drop-off point in the city is scheduled for late afternoon.
