Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival and Sunset Drive
Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your address in Johannesburg for a transfer to the Pilanesberg. Upon entry you will enjoy an orientation game drive in a closed air-conditioned vehicle before checking into your luxury tented lodge at noon. After some leisure time to settle in you will depart for a late afternoon sunset safari in an open 4x4 vehicle. Conclude the day with a delicious dinner at the lodge. Included Dinner.
Day 2 Full Day Wilderness Immersion
Wake up for an early sunrise game drive in an open safari vehicle to track the Big Five when they are most active. Return to the lodge for a nutritious breakfast followed by free time to relax and enjoy the bushveld surroundings. In the late afternoon you will head out for your second open-vehicle safari of the day to explore different regions of the volcanic crater. Dinner is served under the stars. Day 3 Dawn Drive and City Return
Enjoy a final sunrise safari in an open 4x4 vehicle to capture any remaining sightings on your list. After returning for a final breakfast you will pack up for a mid-morning orientation game drive in a closed vehicle as you head toward the park exit. The return journey to Johannesburg begins in the early afternoon with drop-offs scheduled for late afternoon. Included Breakfast.
