Itinerary
Day 1 Wild Beginnings and Sunset Safari
Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your address in Johannesburg for a transfer to the North West Province. Arrive at the reserve for an introductory 3-hour open-vehicle game drive to track rhinos and leopards before checking into Bakubung Bush Lodge at midday. After a gourmet lunch: spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool or visiting the wildlife center. Join the ranger for a sunset game drive followed by a traditional African dinner at the lodge. Included Lunch and Dinner.
Day 2 & 3 Full Safari Immersion
Spend two full days exploring the diverse biomes of the ancient volcanic crater. Each day begins with a 3-hour sunrise game drive followed by a hearty breakfast at the lodge. Spend the midday at leisure enjoying the tennis courts or the spa facilities. After a flavorful lunch and Afternoon Tea: depart for your second 3-hour sunset safari of the day to track elusive predators and nocturnal species. Dinner is served under the stars at the lodge. Day 4 Dawn Drive and Farewell
Enjoy a final 3-hour morning game drive in an open safari vehicle to search for any remaining animal sightings. Return to the lodge for a filling breakfast and check-out. Spend the morning basking in the exceptional 4-star amenities or relaxing at the hippo pool viewing deck. At midday: you may join a short orientation game drive in a closed vehicle as you head toward the park exit. The return journey to Johannesburg begins at 15 00 with arrival scheduled for late afternoon. Included Breakfast.
