Itinerary

Day 1 Fly to Kapama Game Reserve

Fly from Johannesburg OR Tambo to Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport. Transfer to Kapama Game Reserve. After a light meal enjoy a sunset game drive spotting nocturnal animals. Dinner is served at the lodge upon return around 19:00.

Day 2 Kapama Safari

Wake up between 05:00 and 05:30 for a morning game drive. Enjoy breakfast and relax by the pool or use the lodge amenities. After high tea depart for an afternoon wildlife drive that lasts past twilight. Dinner follows at the lodge.

Day 3 Kapama to Pilanesberg

Start with an early morning game drive and breakfast. Transfer to Eastgate Airport for your return flight to Johannesburg. A private shuttle will transfer you to Pilanesberg Game Reserve (Ivory Tree Game Lodge). Enjoy a late-afternoon game drive followed by a gourmet dinner.

Day 4 Pilanesberg National Park

Set off early for a 3-hour sunrise game drive. Return for breakfast and relaxation. After a light lunch depart for a late-afternoon game drive in an open safari vehicle. Dinner is served in the restaurant or outdoor boma.

Day 5 Morning Safari and Departure

Wake up early for a final 3-hour sunrise game drive. Return for breakfast and a mid-morning closed vehicle game drive. Depart mid-afternoon for the journey to Johannesburg arriving at OR Tambo or your hotel by 18:00.
