Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival and First Safaris
Pickup from Johannesburg between 05:30 and 06:30. Arrive at Pilanesberg for a 3-hour morning game drive at 09:00. Check into Tlou Tented Safari Camp around 12:00 for lunch. Depart at 16:00 for a sunset game drive chasing golden sunsets before returning for dinner.
Day 2 Sunrise and Sunset Drives
Rise early for a 05:30 morning game drive returning for breakfast. Spend the day relaxing at the camp. At 16:00 embark on a sunset game drive which includes a 30-minute night spotlight segment to spot nocturnal wildlife. Dinner is served at the camp.
Day 3 Pilanesberg Safari Options
Enjoy a standard schedule with a 05:30 morning drive and 16:00 sunset drive with spotlight. Alternatively guests may opt for a Full-Day Safari from 09:00 to 15:00 if requested the day prior. Dinner is served at the camp.
Day 4 Final Safari and Departure
Wake up for a final 05:30 morning game drive followed by breakfast. At 12:00 join a short game drive in a closed vehicle or relax at the camp. Depart Pilanesberg at 15:00 arriving back in Johannesburg between 17:30 and 18:30.
