Overview
This 1-day combo tour offers a perfect balance between nature and culture. The morning is spent at the Lion & Safari Park: a 1,000-hectare sanctuary located in the Cradle of Humankind. Guests enjoy a 2-hour guided predator safari in a specialized open vehicle to see lions: including the rare white lion: cheetahs: and wild dogs. After a lunch break: the tour continues to Pretoria: also known as the Jacaranda City. The afternoon is dedicated to exploring the city most significant landmarks: including the Union Buildings: the Voortrekker Monument: and the historic Paul Kruger House Museum. Visitors will learn about the pivotal events and architectural styles that have shaped the seat of the national government.

Itinerary
Lion & Safari Park Experience:
Morning collection followed by a guided predator safari to view lions and other carnivores in their natural habitat.
Wildlife Observation:
Spend time at the main center viewing giraffes and ostriches before a midday lunch break (own account).
Pretoria Historical Tour:
Afternoon guided visit to the Union Buildings: the Voortrekker Monument: and the Paul Kruger House Museum.
City Orientation:
A scenic drive through Church Square to view the Palace of Justice and Ou Raadsaal before returning to your hotel.
